Must have a minimum of 2 participants or class will be canceled.
This reformer class will get your heart rate going as we incorporate a variety of props including TRX, weights, jump board, and more. This is a hybrid class and we do not spend the entire class on the reformer so bring your mat, grip socks, and water.
I value the time we have together and I understand if you can not make a class or session. Due to the limited space of each class, if you need to cancel, please do to avoid any further charges.
No Shows and late cancels will be loose a credit on their pass. This applies to in person and virtual classes as well as all personal training sessions.
