Reformer: Exercises done on the reformer promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. This versatile machine offers up a variety of exercises that can be done can be done lying down, sitting, standing, pulling the straps, pushing the foot bar, perched on the foot bar, perched on the shoulder blocks, or using the jump board, with additional equipment, upside down, sideways, and all kinds of variations. Suitable for all levels.
Lite- Reformer Lite classes covers a variety of exercises at a comfortable pace. Suitable to newbies and those wanting to move at a slower pace.
Cardio- We utilize the jump board in this class to increase the heart rate and offer a different flow on the reformer.
Grip socks must be worn during class. Please bring water.
