Using a variety of equipment which includes, Barre routines, Pilates, TRX training, Free Weights and more, we focus on building muscle strength and endurance. After our strength training session, we spend a minimum of 15 minutes, stretching to increase our range of motion, flexibility and improve our mobility and we release tension. We will use a foam roller, strap and more to assist in our stretching routines.
