Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout that blends classical Pilates principles with modern functional movement and the added challenge of specialized props. Using the Pilates Reformer machine and a variety of supportive tools—including the jumpboard, Pilates ring, long/short box, resistance bands, hand weights, and ball—this class delivers a versatile and deeply effective training experience.
Each session moves through a thoughtful progression of exercises designed to strengthen the core, improve posture, enhance mobility, and build long, lean muscle tone. The adjustable spring resistance of the Reformer allows for both gentle support and powerful challenge, making this class ideal for all fitness levels.
With the jumpboard, you'll experience low-impact, cardio-infused sequences that elevate the heart rate while preserving joint health. These jumping patterns improve lower-body power, coordination, and dynamic core stability.
The Pilates ring, bands, and small ball are integrated to activate deep stabilizing muscles and intensify sculpting work for the arms, glutes, thighs, and core. The Reformer box adds versatility through prone, seated, and kneeling variations that enhance back extension, hip stability, and posture training.
