This class blends a variety of training formats β including High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Low-Intensity Interval Training (LIIT), and Circuit Training β to help you build muscle, boost endurance, and feel stronger from the inside out.

Minimum of 3 participants required in person or class will be canceled virtually.
Space is limited, so please cancel in advance if you canβt attend to avoid being charged.
No-shows and late cancellations will result in the loss of a class credit.
This applies to in-person and virtual classes, as well as personal training sessions.
