Cardio Sculpt is a dynamic, total-body fitness class designed to help women build strength, increase endurance, and boost confidence. This class combines rhythmic cardio intervals with focused sculpting exercises to deliver a balanced, effective workout that keeps you challenged from start to finish.

An energizing, full-body workout that blends heart-pumping cardio with targeted strength training—enhanced by a variety of props to maximize toning, power, and performance. This class uses tools such as dumbbells, resistance bands, steps, TRX, and more to create a dynamic, challenging, and results-driven experience.

Each session is structured in intervals or circuits, alternating between cardio bursts and sculpting segments for the perfect balance of sweat and strength. Cardio elements may include step-ups, athletic drills, low-impact plyometrics, and rhythmic movement patterns designed to elevate the heart rate while staying joint-friendly.

The sculpting work uses props to intensify muscle activation and enhance precision:

  • Dumbbells for upper- and lower-body strength

  • Resistance bands and loops for glute and arm activation

  • TRX for deep muscle engagement and controlled lower and upper-body toning

  • Step platforms to enhance agility, coordination, and cardio output

Expect a mix of squats, lunges, presses, core sequences, balance challenges, and powerful cardio intervals—all set to motivating music and guided with clear, supportive cues.
