Gentle Yoga for Mind, Body & Spirit

This class offers a supportive space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. Blending somatic movement, yin yoga, and a slow hatha flow, you’ll experience a well-rounded practice that nourishes both body and mind.

  • Somatic movement helps you unwind stored tension, improve body awareness, and bring ease to your nervous system.

  • Yin yoga invites stillness through longer-held postures that target the connective tissues, enhancing flexibility and joint mobility.

  • Gentle hatha flow builds strength and balance through mindful, slow-paced sequences.

Together, these modalities create a practice that supports stress relief, increased mobility, improved flexibility, and better balance—while helping to lower cortisol levels and encourage a sense of inner calm.

Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in and prepare for your practice. Once class begins, the doors will close to maintain a calm, focused environment. They will reopen after we’ve grounded and are ready to move together.
