Build power, move better, and feel amazing. This class combines functional strength training with focused mobility work to help women increase muscle tone, improve joint health, and move with confidence. Expect a balanced mix of controlled strength reps performed on the mat, dynamic stretches, stability training, and full-body mobility flows.
You’ll use light to moderate weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight to move through slow, intentional patterns that develop strength while improving flexibility and control.
Each class finishes with a dedicated 10–15 minute stretch and mobility segment to restore range of motion, release tension, and leave you feeling aligned and refreshed.
