Gentle Reformer (Small Group of 4)
This slow-paced, supportive reformer class is designed for women who want to build strength, improve mobility, and move with greater ease—without intensity or pressure. With a maximum of four participants, you’ll receive personalized guidance and hands-on support to ensure proper alignment and a comfortable pace.
Expect smooth, controlled movements, light spring resistance, and an emphasis on breath, stability, and safe range of motion. Each session focuses on strengthening the core, improving posture, increasing flexibility, and reducing tension through gentle reformer sequences and mindful transitions.
Perfect for beginners, those returning to movement, or anyone seeking a calming, low-impact workout that restores the body and leaves you feeling supported, lengthened, and refreshed.
