Athletic Reformer (Small Group of 4)
This high-energy, strength-driven reformer class is designed for women who want to push harder, move powerfully, and build full-body athletic conditioning. With a maximum of four participants, you’ll get focused coaching, precise form correction, and a motivating small-group atmosphere.

Expect dynamic reformer sequences blended with off-reformer strength training using dumbbells, kettlebells, and other functional equipment. You’ll challenge power, endurance, balance, and core strength through explosive movements, controlled resistance work, and athletic Pilates flow. This class is perfect for women looking to increase strength, elevate performance, and take their reformer training to the next level.

Please note: Class will be cancelled if fewer than 2 participants are enrolled within 8 hours of the scheduled start time
